What is an agent, exactly?+

An agent is a workflow with a frontier model (Claude, GPT, or Gemini) at its core that plans, calls tools, branches on results, and produces outputs autonomously. Shiproaster agents use structured tool-calling (MCP-compatible where it matters), vector memory for context, and human approval gates before anything irreversible. Each agent ships as a portable workflow file you import into your automation runtime.

Which models do these agents run on?+

Each agent declares the model it's tuned for — Claude Opus 4 for heavier reasoning, GPT-class models for cost-sensitive work, Gemini for vision, and Whisper / Deepgram for voice. You can swap to your preferred model in the credentials panel of your runtime.

How does payment work?+

Cards, Apple Pay, and crypto are supported through our PCI-compliant payment partner. Your card details are encrypted end-to-end and never reach our servers. Access is granted the moment payment clears.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep access through the end of the billing period; nothing renews.

What if an agent does not work for me?+

30-day refund window, no questions asked. Single-agent purchases get refunded; subscriptions get prorated.

Can I run these on my own infrastructure?+

Yes — every agent is a standard workflow file you import into your own automation runtime (n8n, self-hosted or cloud). You bring your own model API keys and credentials. Nothing phones home.

Can I use the agents commercially?+

Yes. Builder and Team include a commercial-use license for every agent. Single-agent purchases include commercial use of that agent.

How often are new agents released?+

A new agent or major version drop ships every month, plus bug fixes and integration updates as they happen. Subscribers see the changelog the moment it lands.
