Each one ships as a portable workflow file, built for n8n, that you import, connect to your own credentials, and customize.
Download the JSON file from your library, open n8n (cloud or self-hosted), click "Import" in the workflow menu, paste the JSON, then click "Import Workflow". n8n auto-parses the structure. Next, you connect your credentials (HubSpot, OpenAI, Slack, etc.) by clicking the credential placeholders and providing your API keys. Test a few steps and activate.
Workflows target n8n v1.0 and later (current as of 2026). If you run an older version, you may need to update. All workflows use only standard and commonly-available community nodes — check the workflow description to see if any specialized nodes are required.
