1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shiproaster ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Shiproaster provides subscription access to a curated library of AI agents — workflow files that orchestrate frontier-model calls, tool use, and integrations to perform autonomous tasks. Subscribers may install and run these agents in their own automation environment for personal or commercial purposes. One-time per-agent purchases are also available for users who do not wish to subscribe.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — your access continues through the period you have paid for, and nothing further is charged. There is no proration for partial periods.

One-time agent purchases are final upon completion of payment.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions and one-time purchases. Refund requests are evaluated under the following conditions:

• You submit the request within 30 days of payment
• The agent does not function as described
• You provide reasonable detail about the issue

5. License and Usage Rights

When you subscribe or purchase an agent, you receive a non-exclusive, commercial-use license to:

• Install and run the agent in your own automation environment
• Modify and adapt the agent for your needs
• Use the agent in personal projects, internal operations, or client work

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the agent as-is
• Share your purchased agents or subscription credentials with others
• Claim authorship of the original agent

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Shiproaster, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, agent code, and software, is the property of Shiproaster or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shiproaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
