Watches GitHub Actions / CircleCI / Buildkite, posts a clean status to Slack on every run. On failures, parses the build log, identifies the failing step, and drops a one-paragraph "what likely broke" summary with a link to the relevant log lines. Pings the PR author on the third consecutive failure.
